Tooling Development :  Ray Shine’s tooling shop occupies 7000 square meters with over 200 employees. Hitachi mold flow analysis software has been used during the tooling design which can assure the tooling is fully matching the drawing and also provided the guaranteed-quality tooling to die casting process.
