Die Casting Workshop :  RAY SHINE GROUP has been equipped with different advanced production machines such as 42 sets of Japanese TOSHIBA, TOYO horizontal cold chamber die casting machines(125T-800T), German KUKA robot, NEU-SANKEN continuous and centralized melting furnace, vacuum exhauster, hydrogen gauge and artificial aging treatment furnace. The annual capacityfor different kinds of aluminum parts is about 16,000 tons per year.
